Studio B goes efficiently from a “blank” page to a finished print or web design project.

How we get there – starting with a complimentary initial meeting and a clear proposal – is why we deliver on budget, on time – every time.

Step 1: Information Gathering

Every project has an unlimited number of valid permutations of information, elements, colors or forms.
To make the choices that meet your communication objectives we:

• Listen carefully to you and your goals; tap into your knowledge of your business and industry
• Search the Internet and other sources to see what your competitors are doing in order to differentiate you
• Gain outside input from clients & suppliers if appropriate and helpful

Step 2: Evaluation

We evaluate your existing print materials and/or website and/or work with you to identify business materials and websites that appeal to you and can serve as starting points for graphic design, messaging and style choices.

Step 3: Strategy and Prototyping

Next we interpret the information we have gathered to begin rendering your communication goals in a visual form. We organize your copy, photo and other content and explore several designs options to review – delivered via PDFs in the case of print work, or on a prototype site for web work.

 Studio B works from:

• Content/copy you provide, or we can work with one of our professional copywriters to develop or edit.
• Photos you provide or selected from our extensive image library. We can also pull from other stock imagery sources.

Once you select the design that meets your objectives, we incorporate any additional input you give us, finalize the design and complete implementation of your print or website project.

In the case of website projects we:

• Consult with you on navigation options for optimal visitor experience
• Make recommendations for hosting and ongoing updates
• Code all pages
• Provide initial search engine optimization (SEO)
• Test for usability and assure that all links and interactive elements are working on launch

In the case of print projects, we:

• Source the best qualified printer(s) and obtain competitive quotes.
• Serve as your quality control team throughout the multiple steps of the printing process – communicating with the selected printer, providing clean, workable digital files, reviewing the final proof(s) for you or with you, supervising printing on site when needed, and following the job to delivery.
