Design Process


Step 1: Information Gathering
We gather information about the project, your past marketing efforts, your audience, your objectives and all other data relevant to the subsequent workflow, design and implementation of your project.

Step 2: Creating visuals
We interpret the information we have gathered, organize contents and explore different designs. Our focus is on rendering your goals in a visual form.

Step 3: Implementation
Your chosen design is refined, making sure that your goals are clearly identifiable. We then prepare the final piece for print or the web.

Once you've expressed an interest in our services, you will find us very responsive.


At a preliminary meeting, you will get a chance to review more samples of our work, or we can jump right into our first step: getting to know you, your business and your goals.

Based on your requirements, a detailed estimate is then either emailed, mailed or faxed to you. We pride ourselves in getting enough input at our initial meeting to be on target the first time through, but we are always willing to reconsider our proposal based on your feedback.

Once our proposal is agreeable to you, and is returned to us signed with a deposit check, we officially enter your project in our workflow.

We work from content/copy you provide. We can help you edit your material, or we can direct you to our favorite copywriter(s).
You can be as involved as you want. Some clients are very hands-on, offering regular input and asking for constant updates. Others say: "Do the job and show me the results." It's entirely up to you!

Whatever your comfort level, we are committed to your project. We promise completion on budget, on time — everytime.
